Julie has treated me for countless injuries over the years going all the way back to the 2001 Youth Olympics. As an elite Judo player she has helped me to reduce reoccurrences of injuries and to prevent further ones. She always manages to fit me in and is always punctual and professional, which is more than a lot of other physios. There is only one place I’m going when injured and I even have it on speed dial.

Jules has kindly been treating me for a shoulder injury, writing a detailed assessment for my GP and subsequent hospital referral. In the meantime, the rehab program and sports massage/taping she provided has been amazing. I couldn’t recommend her expert treatment more. Thank you Jules!

I can’t thank Jules enough for being able to see me and giving me a diagnosis and advice so promptly, advice that enabled me to attend the GP the same evening and request a prompt referral to the relevant dept at the hospital. And we’ve found a physio tape I don’t react too which is always handy!

I was still struggling with a sprained ankle nine weeks after the sprain. Jules helped me tremendously with understanding what I needed to do and exactly how I needed to do it and her focused and precise exercises have already helped strengthen the ankle. Jules is also extremely attentive, patient and thorough in her assessment and explanation of the issues and solutions – I was hugely pleased with the session and the advice given.
